Personally, Robert grew up on the soccer and lacrosse fields of Crownsville, Md.  He played collegiate lacrosse and soccer for the now Division II lacrosse powerhouse Limestone College.  Robert is happily married to Alicia Jenkins, a long-time resident of Howard County and a graduate of the University of Delaware.  Prior to becoming a Mom with their two sons Cole (4) and Quinn (2), Alicia enjoyed being a teacher for 11 plus years in the Howard County School System.
